A showcase of local Art & Craft communities while raising funds for children's charities post Covid.
Held at Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa 9-11 July.

A showcase of local talent...

The 21 Show held in July featured stalls with hand made crafted items, designed in the Midlands by talented professional and amateur stall holders. Demonstration of pastel art and other skills and there were opportunities to sign up to classes giving inspiration to learn new creative skills.

The free entry Art Exhibition entitled ‘I colour outside the lines’ – A Celebration of Midlands Artists was devised and curated by Georgia Kinsella a Graduate from de Montfort, it was a magnificent success and featured a cross section of art across mediums with everything from abstract to traditional. The art was judged by Nicola Winstanley of Creative Lives UK (formerly Voluntary Arts) and Anthony Turpin from Bromsgrove Art Society. The peoples choice was really enjoyed by all members of the public with everyone, children and adults enjoying viewing the art and putting their voles in the ballot box. More information about the 21 show winners on the View and reserve art page.

Creative Art Showcase is a not for profit organisation to promote Art & Craft and encourage participation within all communities.

A fun packed day out...

We certainly achieved a party atmosphere with balloons face painting and people enjoying being out enjoying the Creative fun atmosphere. The Main prize of Birch Coppice Chaddesley Woods an original framed oil painting kindley donated by Mr Malcolm Brookes, Artist and Art Teacher, ATD, RSBA, RCA, who holds classes in an around Bromsgove was won by Jen Haw, who was absolutely delighted. It was a fun packed day out for the people of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and beyond.

Phill Carr’s Hope Street print which depicted his street on an NHS supporting ‘clap’ during the lockdown was won by Helen Higgins a nurse from the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and she has used it to brighten up the Staff room, sharing it with her work colleagues. How amazingly lovely!

The 21 Show was a resounding success and gave people three free days of fun and inspiration.
